Von Villas Voice Studio

WELCOME!

Who We Teach

Adults

We teach adults of any age and experience, from total beginners to experienced pros — our students have performed with professional and amateur choruses, musical theatre productions, and operas...and for themselves.

High School Students

Von Villas Voice Studio specializes in serious vocal technique, which requires a voice that has matured (girls and boys) so the student is ready for it. We begin working with students once they've reached high school, or are entering it. If you're not sure whether a student is ready, we're glad to talk it through — just reach out.

Our philosophy is that teaching voice to high school students also contributes to confidence and strengthens presentational skills, not only in singing but in the workplace.

What Makes Our Studio Special

In addition to Muriel's teaching, her husband Ed Roberts, an experienced vocal and diction coach, plays piano for the lessons. The same vocal technique is taught to every student regardless of age and experience.
