Welcome! This guide walks you through study.vonvillas.com, our online portal for viewing your lesson schedule, confirming or cancelling lessons, and receiving reminders and billing statements by text.
We're using "Tap" because most of you will be accessing from a phone. "Click" if you're on a computer.
Go to study.vonvillas.com in any web browser on your phone or computer.
First time logging in:Enter your email address. Since you won't have a password yet, the system will automatically text a temporary password to the phone number we have on file for you. Enter that password on the login page to get in. Nobody at the studio ever sees this password — it's generated and sent automatically.
Changing your password: Tap Account and follow instructions there.
Forgot your password later?Tap "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. A new password will be texted to you the same way as your first login.
Note: if the studio doesn't have a phone number on file for you, you won't be able to use the site — text or call us at 571-351-2223 with your cell number and we will set that up for you.
Once you're logged in, you'll see your upcoming lessons — your regular weekly time, along with any cancelled, makeup, or rescheduled lessons that have been arranged.
The day before each lesson, you'll get a text reminder. You can reply right from that text:
Anything else you text us — a question, a reschedule request — gets flagged for Ed to follow up with you personally.
We will text monthly statements to your account's billing contact (parent or adult student) with a PDF attached showing lessons and current balance. The statement is not a bill.
